New update 27 September : the moment issue was known to new owner mr ashutosh.pandey, He supported me and provided me the refund on immediate basis. Thanks to Mr ashutosh for his prompt response and support. Issue has been resolved promptly.new staff is great and supportive. Old update - Chor petrol pump hai. 2 baar card ka pin dalvate hai ye bolke ki invalid pin dala hai. And then jab 2 baar transaction ho jaata hai toh money refund bhi nahi karte. Ekdum ghatiya log hain . Phone bhi nai uthate. Staffs bhi bilkul non responsive hai and bilkul support nai karta. They make me enter the PIN of the card twice saying that the PIN entered is invalid. And then when the transaction is done twice they do not refund the money. They are absolutely cheap people. They do not even pick up the phone. Staff is also totally non responsive and does not provide support at all. Called the manager of the petrol pump 10 times but he also did not support at all.
