Payment options were convenient, including cash, UPI, and card payments, making transactions quick and hassle-free. The availability of basic amenities such as clean restrooms, air-filling services, and drinking water added to the overall comfort. Safety standards were also well maintained. Fire extinguishers were visible, and smoking was strictly prohibited in the premises. The pump also had a small convenience store where customers could buy snacks and vehicle essentials, saving extra time. Overall, this petrol pump stood out due to its cleanliness, honest service, disciplined staff, and customer-friendly environment.
