I immediately informed the manager (I regret that I do not remember his name). He reacted very quickly, understood my concern, and resolved the issue on the spot. I visited for ₹500 petrol yesterday. There was an issue with the meter reading as it was changed without showing the last reading properly. However, the management responded immediately and handled the situation very well. I really appreciate their quick action. Only request is to improve or guide the staff to follow proper procedure.
