On 24th Jan 2026 I had refilled Petrol and swiped my credit card for making payment. Due to network issue there was no confirmation of transaction received hence the attendent requested to re-swipe the card for payment. Since I too hadn't received any transaction alert, I swiped the card again. It was only in February end after the credit card statement was generated, I realised that the card was debited twice for the same payment. When I visited the site office, the Manager Mr.Sachin Rajput assured me that the issue will be resolved as soon as the Accounts Manager Mr. Shirish Kalegaonkar who was on leave will be back at work. Today without any hassle I got my money refunded on the spot! This helping nature and cooperative approach of the staff was totally unexpected. I really appreciate the efforts put in by the staff to resolve the issue without any delay. Thank you.
