At HPCL Retail, our journey over the past two decades has been marked by innovation and progress. We have introduced modern, stylish, and technologically advanced retail outlets across India. Key milestones include the launch of Club HP branded outlets in 2002, a new Retail Visual Identity in 2003, and New Retail Outlet Formats in 2006 catering to diverse customers. In 2008, we introduced automated e-fuel stations, setting new industry standards. To enhance operations, we implemented the Standard Operating Procedure in 2010, ensuring consistency in service and safety. In 2014, we launched Club HP Star, offering Quick Service.
