The first thing you notice is how well-maintained and organized the premises are. There’s proper lane marking, enough space for multiple vehicles, and staff to guide traffic during peak hours, which reduces wait time. Fuel quality and quantity have been trustworthy. The attendants always show zero on the meter before starting and provide a printed bill without having to ask. I’ve checked mileage after refills here vs other outlets, and there’s a noticeable difference — it runs better and lasts longer. Digital payments through UPI, cards, and HP Pay are smooth, with no extra charges or excuses about network issues. What really stands out is the staff behavior. All attendants are in proper uniform, wear ID cards, and follow safety protocols. They are polite, don’t force add-ons like power fuel or oil, and patiently answer questions. The free air and nitrogen facility is functional and calibrated, with a dedicated person managing it. Windshield cleaning is offered proactively, and they actually do it well. Amenities are also well kept. The toilets are clean, drinking water is available, and there’s a small convenience store for basic needs. The manager is often present on the floor, which reflects in the discipline and service standards. Overall, this HPCL outlet sets a benchmark for transparency, cleanliness, and customer service. In a space where trust matters a lot, this pump has earned mine. Highly recommended if you want accurate quantity, genuine fuel, and courteous service every single time.
