Both regular and power petrol are available, and refueling is smooth most of the time. However, during peak hours, there might be slight waiting times. 24/7 Availability with Uninterrupted Power Supply (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) One of the biggest advantages of this petrol pump is that it operates 24 hours a day, ensuring round-the-clock service. Additionally, inverter and generator backup ensure that fuel filling continues without interruptions even during power cuts. Service & Staff Behavior (⭐⭐⭐⭐) The staff is generally polite and efficient, handling fueling operations well. However, at times, service may slow down during busy hours, and customer assistance could be more proactive. Friendly & Supportive Owner (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) A major highlight is the owner’s friendly and helpful nature. He is always available and ensures smooth service for customers, which adds a personal touch to the overall experience. Additionally, there is a coconut and mango garden behind the pump, offering travelers a peaceful spot to relax and have a meal. However, more seating arrangements could further improve the comfort level. Secure & Free Parking for All Vehicles (⭐⭐⭐⭐) There is a dedicated parking space for all types of vehicles, including heavy trucks and buses. Parking is free of charge, and security measures are in place. However, during peak hours, parking can get a bit congested. Hygiene & Cleanliness (⭐⭐⭐) The fueling area is well-maintained, but washroom cleanliness needs improvement. Better upkeep would significantly enhance the customer experience. Cold & Filtered Drinking Water Facility (⭐⭐⭐⭐) Travelers can access cold and filtered drinking water, which is a great relief. However, during extremely busy periods, availability can sometimes be inconsistent. Air Facility (⭐⭐⭐) A free air-filling service is available, but at times, the machine may not be in operation. Regular maintenance would help improve this service. Digital Payment & Billing (⭐⭐⭐⭐) The pump accepts digital payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets. While generally smooth, occasional network issues may cause minor delays.
