Key milestones include the launch of Club HP branded outlets in 2002, a new Retail Visual Identity in 2003, and New Retail Outlet Formats in 2006 catering to diverse customers. In 2008, we introduced automated e-fuel stations, setting new industry standards. To enhance operations, we implemented the Standard Operating Procedure in 2010, ensuring consistency in service and safety. In 2014, we launched Club HP Star, offering Quick Service. Our high-octane premium petrol, poWer99, debuted in 2017, followed by our digital wallet, HP Pay, in 2020.
