Beginning with the launch of Club HP outlets in 2002, HPCL transformed fuel retailing by introducing premium infrastructure, enhanced customer service, and modern forecourt management. Technology and automation have significantly enhanced operational efficiency and customer confidence across the retail network. HPCL has automated nearly all feasible retail outlets with integrated dispensing units, ATG systems, centralized monitoring, and digital payment solutions. HPCL has also developed a strong digital ecosystem through loyalty and payment platforms such as DriveTrack Plus and HP Pay. These solutions offer cashless transactions, FASTag integration, mobile apps, reward programs, UPI payments, OTP-based security, and seamless digital experiences for both fleet operators and retail consumers.

Sustainability and green mobility are central to HPCL’s long-term retail strategy. The company has emerged as a leader in cleaner energy initiatives through rapid expansion of EV charging stations, CNG outlets, LNG infrastructure, ethanol-blended fuels, and solar-powered retail outlets. HPCL has already installed over 5,500 EV charging stations, more than 2,250 CNG outlets, and solar systems at over 23,000 retail outlets across India. HPCL continues to prioritize safety, quality assurance, and infrastructure modernization.
